Bowden-Doyle to join Lastminute.com

LASTMINUTE.COM has confirmed the appointment of ex-Thomson chief Richard Bowden-Doyle as managing director of its UK business.

He will report to chief operating officer Ian McCaig.

Bowden-Doyle’s previous roles included group development director at Thomas Cook and managing director of Accoladia, chief operating officer of the Trainline.com, managing director at Thomson Holidays and marketing director of Lunn Poly.

Lastminute chief executive officer Brent Hoberman said: “Richard has an excellent track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. It’s great to have him on the team.”
