Budget opts for SPARC tie up

BUDGET Rent A Car UK has tied up a preferred-supplier deal with the Scottish Passenger Agents’ Retail Consortium (SPARC). The agreement will benefit SPARC’s members who will now receive higher commissions and take part in the Team Budget recognition programme.
