CAA prosecutes tour operator

THE Civil Aviation Authority has successfully prosecuted a tour operator that illegally offered air packages to drive Formula One style racing cars on circuits in France.

Wildside Adrenalin Sports, of Baker Street, Enfield, Middlesex pleaded guilty at Enfield Magistrates Court on March 8 to offences under the Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing Regulations 1995. The company was fined a total of £4,550. Managing director Steven Mason was fined a total of £650 and company secretary Lorna Gray £1,300.
