Coach tour and self-drive operator Caledonian Leisure achieved a 15% rise in annual turnover to more than £63 million last year.
The amount compared with £55 million in 2023 for the company which operates under the trade-friendly Caledonian Travel and UKBreakaways brands.
Formed in June 2021, the firm runs a fleet of 85 coaches and five hotels following investor-led acquisitions of The Caledonian New Southlands in Scarborough and the Caledonian Thistle Hotel in Callander, Scotland.
The company continues to see an active social media community of more than 250,000 people and has achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating on TrustPilot from over 27,000 reviews.
An independent Facebook fan group has grown to nearly 40,000 members, and the company actively engages with members at a senior level.

“As well as further developing our product portfolio we’ve made significant investments in expanding the Caledonian Hotel Collection and upgrading our coach fleet, all of which underline our commitment to delivering the best holiday experience for our customers and setting new industry standards.”
The company has invested in new HR training and support system, as the workforce continues to expand, plus a new customer service platform to support its team.
