Celebrity Cruises plans to host more in-person training workshops across the UK and Ireland in 2026, in addition to offering more ship visits and online training modules.
The line will host six three-hour morning workshops in Edinburgh, York, Belfast, Cardiff, Dublin and Reading, with space for up to 50 agents at each session.
Every attendee will receive the latest updates from the brand, including Celebrity Rewards incentives, in addition to a goody bag and the chance to compete for more prizes in quizzes.
In addition, there will be two ‘Celebrity For Beginners’ training events in Birmingham and Glasgow in partnership with Travel Weekly designed to complement the online learning programme.
Celebrity Cruises will also host more than 1,170 UK and Ireland agents on board its ships this year, including on Celebrity Apex at the Clia Conference in June and a mega-fam trip in May from Lisbon to Southampton.
The company will also launch more bite-sized training videos on destinations and sales tips, alongside five-minute e-learning modules.
Celebrity Cruises has also launched an Easter-themed incentive on its platform Celebrity Central, inviting agents to find “hidden Easter eggs” between March 30 and April 2 for the chance to win a Celebrity suitcase.
One winner will be selected at random every day from agents who correctly identify the Easter egg and comment with the right answer in the Celebrity Central Facebook group.
