Citalia targets independents

ITALY specialist Citalia has launched a preferentialcommission scheme to boost its business throughindependent agents. The operator's 100 top-performingindependents in 1998 have been selected to participate in its Prima Classe initiative. Those agencies will receive better commission rates and a package of services.
