C&M Travel Recruitment creates salary comparison tool

C&M Travel Recruitment has created a salary benchmarking tool enabling businesses to compare themselves with competitors and intended to help with budget-planning and hiring decisions.

The free-to-access tool, which combines data from C&M Travel Recruitment and the Office for National Statistics, enables firms to compare salaries across a wide range of roles, track trends over the past decade and compare geographical differences across the UK.

It also aims to help businesses “understand current market rates” and support recruitment and retention strategies.

C&M Travel Recruitment co-owner and managing director Barbara Kolosinska said: “We’ve been looking to create a tool like this for some time, and we’re delighted to now be able to launch it.
