Commission free currency from Travelocity

ON-LINE agency Travelocity has announced a deal with foreign exchange company Travelex allowing customers to buy foreign currency commission free on-line.

The agreement allows visitors to Travelocity.co.uk to buy currency up to six weeks ahead of travel and collect it from any Travelex outlet.

Travelocity UK director Jamie Cole said: “This deal signifies a further step towards on-line travel agents being able to offer similar services to high street travel agents. Travelocity customers can now sort out almost every element of their travel arrangements on our site.”
