Cosmos team in reps training

COSMOS is sending its top managers to work as resort reps in an attempt to better match the product they are selling to their clients.

 

 

Head of beach products Owen Whitehead and his team will receive fast-track training on how to be a rep before being let loose for a week in various resorts offered by Cosmos.

 

 

The first to take part is all-inclusive and islands product manager Darren Lancaster who is working in Majorca. The training will cover details such as how to deal with difficult situations and how to sell trips.
