Disney rejigs agent scheme

DISNEY is to relaunch its training scheme for UK agents with new features that will help the trade sell more holidays.

 

The course, known as the College of Disney Knowledge, has been revamped by TTC Training. The new features are a direct response to what agents wanted. They include a hotline for agents to voice suggestions about the Disney product and obtain the latest brochures, all-year round training, opportunities to win fam trips and the reintroduction of Disneyland Paris in the scheme.

 

More than 9,000 travel agents have so far completed the training scheme since it was launched in 1994.

 

Those who take part learn about every aspect of travel offered by Disney.
