Drysdale gets new cruise role

THEnew First Choice/Royal Caribbean Cruises joint venture will be headed up by John Drysdale, who left Airtours earlier this year.

 

 

Drysdale, who has been appointed managing director of the new company, left Airtours after 13 years. He has been on gardening leave.

 

 

The deal sees First Choice investing £32m in a new joint European cruise company with Royal Caribbean, which will take a seat on the First Choice board (Travel Weekly May 22).
