EasyJet holidays brought together 150 travel homeworkers from across the UK for its first-ever Homeworker Orange PowWow (HOP).
The event, which took place on July 6 at St George’s Park in Burton upon Trent, focused on maximising high-volume sales for the peak summer season, “highlighting the operator’s competitive value across its beach and city portfolios”.
The agenda featured a leaders panel with senior executives from Designer Travel, Not Just Travel, Inspire Travel and The Coop Travel, who discussed current market trends, customer insights and sales conversion strategies.
Additionally, an agents panel shared first-hand perspectives from homeworkers from Travel Counsellors, Brilliant Travel and Merlin Travel Group.
Attendees also took part in deep-dive product sessions and a supplier marketplace showcasing more than 20 key hotel partners.
Natasha Marson, head of trade distribution at easyJet holidays, said: “This event perfectly demonstrated the power of partnership.
“By bringing together homeworkers, suppliers and easyJet holidays colleagues, we created a valuable forum for collaboration, learning and innovation at a pivotal point in the summer.”
