EasyJet holidays is offering rebooking discount for travellers due to travel with Balkan Holidays whose holidays have been cancelled.
Customers who make a new booking with easyJet holidays for a seven-night break will get £50 off per person by emailing balkan@easyjet.com within 24 hours of making their booking.
They must have the Balkan Holidays confirmation email showing the names and ages of all travellers, along with the easyJet holidays booking reference number.
Travel agents are able to claim on behalf of their customers, with the discount available on bookings made by May 31.
The tour operator will apply the discount to eligible claims within 14 days of receiving the email.

Paul Bixby, easyJet holidays chief commercial officer, said: “We’re deeply sorry to hear the news that Balkan Holidays has ceased trading. Our thoughts are with the team at Balkan and the many customers whose travel plans have been affected.
“At easyJet holidays we want to help where we can, which is why we’re offering a £50 per person rebooking discount to impacted holidaymakers.
“We hope this small gesture provides some support as they make new holiday arrangements.”
The Bulgaria specialist tour operator announced on Thursday, April 24 it had ceased trading in the UK, with customers currently abroad unaffected and those with forward bookings to be refunded.
Established nearly 60 years ago, Balkan Holidays offered a summer programme flying into Bourgas for beach holidays.
The company also chartered its own flights to Sofia for skiing and snowboarding holidays.
