expedia appoints trx to oversee fulfilment

CUSTOMER service specialist TRX has been appointed by Expedia.co.uk to oversee its fulfilment operations.

TRX is to provide telephone and on-line support for Expedia customers. In addition TRX will supply new customer service technology that will allow Expedia to exercise greater control over the processing and fulfilment functions and the cost of products sold.
