First Choice to acquire Citalia

FIRST Choice is to acquire the controlling share in Italy and Spain specialist Citalia.

First Choice will take a 75% share in Citalia while the remaining 25% will be held by its managing director Camillo De Simone. First Choice has the option to acquire the remaining 25% over the next three years.

Citalia’s management team will remain with the company following completion of the deal.
