FlyBe expansion continues

FLYBE has announced another tranche of new routes as it continues with its ambitious expansion plans.

The carrier will begin operations from Southampton to Salzburg and Prague on October 26 and Chambery in France on December 16.

It will also launch Salzburg from Birmingham for the start of its winter schedule in October.

The carrier is targeting the ski market with its Salzburg and Chambery services. Salzburg is close to the resorts of Gastein and Zell am Zee, with Chambery providing access to Val d’Isere, La Plagne and Les Trois Vallees. 

Prices for the new Southampton routes start from £29 one-way, with Birmingham to Salzburg starting at £19.
