Scott most recently served as vice-president of brand and marketing strategy for P&O Cruises and left in March after 10 years with Carnival UK.
In his new role at MSC Cruises, he will report to vice-president of international sales Antonio Paradiso and will have a remit to “support the next phase of growth in the UK and Ireland, and to deliver the best experiences for MSC Cruises’ British and Irish customers”.
The appointment comes as MSC Cruises continues its global expansion, backed by an order book of 10 new ships scheduled for delivery over the next decade alongside a growing UK trade team.
