FSS advice helps A&K bookings

LONG-haul operator Abercrombie and Kent has automated its reservations using a travel and leisure system created by tour operator systems specialist FSS. Reservation staff will be working on screen with the system which will enable them to put together tours more quickly for agents, offering instant alternatives and flight confirmations.
