Galileo launches new booking tool

has launched a new booking tool aimed at small and medium sized businesses.

Called Galileo SpecialAgent, the system is Internet-based and will be distributed to Galileo’s corporate customers. It will enable the user to manage preferred travel supplier agreements and corporate travel policies.

“Galileo SpecialAgent is a corporate travel management solution that provides the support and assistance corporations and their travel agents require when dealing with complex travel policies. The advanced features of this user-friendly product ensure that the traveller, corporate travel manager and travel agency are able to make more informed and cost-effective decisions throughout the entire travel process,” said Galileo executive vice president and managing director for EMEA region Gordon Wilson.

The system has been developed in conjunction with technology company KDS. It will work in a number of European languages so is being marketed across the region.
