Hays Travel celebrates high-performing staff at Golden Ticket event

Hays Travel has held its annual Golden Ticket event at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, celebrating the “exceptional achievements” of its staff.

More than 250 Hays Travel retail, virtual contact centre, Vista, Travel House and Miles Morgan Travel colleagues who have achieved “consistent success” were hosted at the event by owner Dame Irene Hays and the Steps to Success Team.

Dame Irene said: “Golden Ticket is a real highlight in the Hays Travel annual calendar as it gives us a chance to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our high-performing people.

“We had a fantastic night in Birmingham and the board of directors and I are immensely proud of our colleagues for reaching their personal goals, supporting their communities and delivering first class customer service.

“It was brilliant to spend time together and we look forward to welcoming our newest brands – Millington Travel, Polka Dot Travel and Spear Travels – to the Golden Ticket celebrations next year.”

Prizes such as fam trips and vouchers were donated by Hays Travel suppliers.
