HF Holidays has reshaped its product team with two promotions and is to recruit a new manager.
Wendy Turner becomes head of UK product and Sharon Wright head of overseas product under the leadership of chief commercial officer Jenny Brydon at the co-operative walking holiday provider.
An additional overseas product manager is being recruited to join the team of four UK product managers and three overseas product managers.
Turner has spent 18 years working in product-led roles at HF Holidays, previously led tours for G Adventures and held positions in both the education and charity sectors.
Wright has worked in product-led roles for brands including Inntravel and Great Rail Journeys.
Her specialist rail knowledge is helping to grow the operator’s walking and rail holiday offering which will be expanding for 2026.
Chief executive Chris Simmonds said: “We are projected to significantly exceed our targets for 2025 thanks to the loyalty of our members and guests, and we also have ambitious strategic growth plans for 2026.
“We are confident Wendy and Sharon will be huge assets in ensuring we refine and innovate our programme to meet the changing needs and desires of our members into 2026 and beyond.”
Turner said: “There is huge potential for us to grow our UK product, with our fantastic team of product managers, and meet the needs of our ever-increasing base of members.
“As a team, we have loved putting together a new 2026 programme which includes a collection of Pilgrimage trails, an expansion of our walking and sightseeing holidays, and a wide array of new special interest holidays which focus on hobbies and learning new skills.”
Wright added: “I am really excited about this role and see huge potential for us to harness market demand and grow the overseas programme at HF Holidays. I’m passionate about the guest experience and handpicking partners that align to our co-operative values and ethos.”
