Hogg Robinson Group appoints new non-executive director

A panel member of the Competition and Markets Authority has been named as a non-executive director of Hogg Robinson Group.

John Krumins is chairman of IT services company Wavex Technology and previously worked within the investment banking sector for more than 20 years, having held senior corporate finance and meger and acquisition positions at Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Société Générale.

He will also be appointed as a member of HRG’s audit, remuneration and nominations committees.

HRG chairman, Nigel Northridge, said: “John Krumins brings extensive and relevant experience to the board and I am delighted to welcome him as a non-executive director.”
