Compared to Istel – which is old – why did it take me 12 minutes to book a car over the Internet, when over the phone or by viewdata it usually takes about two minutes?
I was also unsure whether it was booked so I rang the admin department to check. They said they didn't know as bookings have to be entered manually at their end. Doesn't look too good does it?
The Internet is nowhere near as good as people want to tell you. It may be great for buying a commodity but not for selling a dream, which is what we should be doing as agents.
