The Inghams agency sales team has launched a new digital pack of assets to “inspire, educate and communicate” with agents, especially homeworkers.
The tour operator said home-based agents form a large part of the Inghams agent strategy across its ski, Lapland and walking products, so the new pack offers tools and tips to help those who don’t quote for Inghams on a regular basis.
Julie Franklin, head of agency sales at Inghams, said the pack includes sales guides, banks of images, social media information, campaign assets and training presentations. It also features new Inghams Insights Videos.
“This [pack] has been created with our partners in mind, collating all our tools in one place, making it easy for agents to find anything they need to promote and sell Inghams holidays,” she said.
“Our product range offers a fantastic opportunity that is less mainstream for agent customers, with great destinations and products throughout Europe in summer and winter: walking in the mountains, skiing the Alps or visiting Santa in his homeland.
“It’s exciting to talk about and we want to give our partners as much information as we can.
“This pack will continue to evolve and each time we add new campaigns, they will always be accessible immediately.”
Inghams is part of Hotelplan, which was recently taken over by Dertour.
