The Inspire Group has overhauled its product, marketing, and commercial team in a bid to drive sales across its homeworking division, Independent Travel Associates (ITAs).
The changes were unveiled today at the group’s ITA conference in Manchester, themed ‘Resilience & Vision’.
Claire Dutton, Inspire’s head of marketing, product and commercial, said the changes reflect the group’s strong growth trajectory and its commitment to equipping its network of more than 100 homeworkers with better tools, training and personalised support.
Dutton, who joined the business in October 2025, has overseen a wide-ranging transformation of the team’s capabilities over the last eight months.

As part of the expanded capabilities, Eleanor Eccles joined the business earlier this year in the newly created role of social media executive.
The appointment brings all of the group’s social media activity in-house and provides ITAs with a dedicated resource for bespoke insight, individualised engagement, and general advice.
Additionally, Henry Archer was promoted to product and marketing executive last month.
Archer, who joined Inspire directly from university, works with homeworkers to create bespoke marketing collateral, including personalised digital magazines produced alongside key operator partners.
He also assists with local events, general marketing requests, and logo designs, having created more than 500 pieces of bespoke marketing material for ITAs since the start of 2026.
Meanwhile, marketing manager Bradley Mason-Cooper has had his remit extended to oversee the full implementation of a new marketing database system.
The updated platform is designed to allow ITAs to create highly personalised, targeted email campaigns for their clients.
Product manager Chris Meddows will continue to manage Inspire’s supplier relationships, but his role will expand to focus more closely on developing the group’s cruise business.
Meddows has previously driven the expansion of the group’s dynamic packaging business through direct contracts with destination management companies (DMCs), worldwide partners, and cruise lines.
Dutton said: “We’ve invested heavily in the people, tools, training and resources our homeworkers need to capitalise on every opportunity, and the results speak for themselves.
“But beyond the numbers, what really drives us as a team is seeing our homeworkers grow in confidence, win new clients and build businesses they can be truly proud of.”
