Cheshire-based Inspire Group has unveiled technology and data initiatives for its homeworkers including a new app development and one-stop information hub.
It has also launched the ‘Together Time’ for its homeworking community – known as Independent Travel Associates (ITAs) – to keep them connected through coffee mornings, office visits, regular conferences and fam trips, capped by an annual rewards trip for top sellers.
The initiatives were announced at this week’s one-day Inspire conference in Manchester.
Inspire is now ‘data cleansing’ on behalf of every ITA, to tailor branded offers to each ITA’s customer base.
“This is a substantial investment Inspire is providing to its homeworkers completely free of charge, supported by dedicated workshops to help them get the most out of it,” said the group.

The new one-stop ITA Hub brings together supplier contacts, training materials, marketing content, direct access to every booking platform, partner content, commercials, development plans, incentives and the latest news.
The group is also offering richer data and insights for agents about their top-selling destinations and average booking value.
A new calling option, Travel Connect, allows their homeworkers to make calls straight from their own phone.
As well as covering the cost of every call, the app automatically takes care of all call-recording compliance, with any costs incurred covered by Inspire and not their homeworkers.
Sam Fisher, head of business development and training, said: “These initiatives are all about putting more time, better data and stronger support behind our team of Independent Travel Associates.
“Everything we’ve announced has been shaped by their feedback, and it reflects how much we value their contribution to our business and our commitment to helping them grow their businesses.”
Lisa Henning, Inspire Group chief executive, added: “All the new initiatives we are rolling out underpin our commitment to our homeworking team.
“We will provide all the strategic thinking to help them compete in this ever-evolving industry, and deliver the products and services needed to fuel their growth, while they do what they do best: deliver world-class customer service to their clients.”
