Involved Holidays creates Holiday Finder for agents

Walking holiday specialist Involved Holidays has created a ‘Holiday Finder’ to help travel agents find the “perfect” itinerary for clients.

The tool enables agents to take clients through a series of eight questions in order to find their ideal Involved Holidays destination and itinerary match.

The Holiday Finder application finds out who is travelling and their ideal travel timings; what the client would like to get from their holiday, their ideal walk length and destination preference, as well as the client’s preferred departure point and ideal budget.

Using this information, the Holiday Finder produces its top three relaxed walking holiday itineraries, personalised to the client’s preferences.

Steve West, managing director at Involved Holidays, said: “With the growth we’ve seen in itinerary options, new destinations and the introduction of our River Cruise Collection, this simple application has been designed to aid in finding the perfect relaxed walking holiday, that is aligned to every customer’s personal preference.

“Agents can access the application via our website by clicking the Find My Holiday button on the top right of the page. The questions are short and impactful and can be used as part of the wider consultation to really hone client holiday wants with the things they truly love.”

Involved Holidays offers more than 40 hiking getaways, plus two new River Cruise Collection itineraries, with flights available from 21 UK airports.

Its small group guided tours each feature a week-long itinerary with a minimum of three walking tours.

Involved Holidays also offers 14 no-single-supplement walking itineraries, plus two no-single-supplement river cruise itineraries.
