Jade Evers named new trade general manager of Jet2holidays

Jet2 trade operations manager Jade Evers has been promoted to a new role of general manager travel agent relationships for Jet2holidays.

Evers is a former Thomas Cook and Hays Travel manager who joined Jet2 as a sales executive in 2020 before becoming a business development manager and then trade operations manager in February 2023.

She moves into the role vacated by former trade sales general manager Lloyd Cross, who recently started in his new position as UK & Europe sales director for Gulf Air Holidays.

Evers will report to director of travel agent relationships Alan Cross and will oversee a 21-strong trade sales and marketing team including national sales managers Kat Davies, Simon Marshall and Nikki McGuire.

Davies was appointed to a new position of national sales manager - non-retail last month, reflecting the operator’s focus on homeworking and call centre agents.
