More than 540 people have booked to attend a new-look holiday show being staged by Lincolnshire Co-op Travel during peaks.
The regional agency has revamped and expanded the annual showcase on January 18 which is being attended by 32 suppliers.
These include 13 cruise specialists covering a range of trips, such as ocean, expedition and river, as well as operators offering family-friendly breaks, UK holidays, long-haul destinations, solo travel and adventure holidays.
Discounts of £50 will be offered on bookings made on the day at Lincolnshire Showground’s Epic Centre.
The venue will be decorated with models of international landmarks and an airport departures board, a stage for presentations, a coffee shop and a designated booking area.
Attendees will walk through an airport scanner, before having their holiday show passports stamped, entering them into a prize draw to win one of two £250 Lincolnshire Co-op travel vouchers, free accommodation in a Domes Resort in either Portugal or Greece or a three-night holiday to Jersey.
Lincolnshire Co-op travel commercial development manager Julie Walters said: “We are looking forward to welcoming new and returning customers to our brand-new Holiday Show.
“Previously, we have hosted a Cruise and Escorted Touring Show, but by diversifying our suppliers, we can cater to a wider audience and offer attendees more choice.
“When booking a holiday, our teams go above and beyond for our customers, ensuring that they don’t have to worry about a thing.
“Face-to-face interaction, being able to ask questions and discuss options, is one of the ways we achieve this – and is why an event like this is so valuable.”
