Lufthansa develops e-business aids

LUFTHANSA is targeting more cost cutting with the development of a range of electronic business products, according to chairman and chief executive Jurgen Weber.

 

"Soon every customer will be able to plan the entire trip from the booking to the purchase and payment of an e-ticket anywhere in the world – from home, via a laptop or WAP mobile phone,” Weber said.
