Management changes at Qantas

QANTAS chief executive and managing director James Strong is to step down on March 5.

Strong, who has held the posts since 1993, will be replaced by deputy chief executive Geoff Dixon.

Chief financial officer Peter Gregg and seven executive general managers will all report to Dixon.
