MEA offers reduced fare for shopping festival

MIDDLE East Airlines has introduced a reduced fare between London and Beirut to coincide with the annual Lebanon Shopping Festival.

The fare, normally £308 plus tax, will cost £210 plus tax. It is available for travel between February 1 and March 29. There is no minimum stay requirement but the maximum stay permitted is 21 days.

Hotels, car hire firms and retail outlets all offer reduced prices during the festival, which takes place between February 1 and March 15. The festival aims to increase Lebanon’s profile as a tourist destination and has been held every year for the past three years.
