MyTravel delays year end results

MYTRAVEL has postponed the announcement of its preliminary year end results – which were due today.

A statement from the group said it is in "well advanced discussions” with its lending banks to provide an extension of its revolving credit facility.

The statement added: "The Company expects to sign agreements shortly”.

Further speculation suggests a sale is on the cards.

A spokeswoman said an announcement could be made tomorrow, or by the end of the week.
