New categories for Excellence in England Awards

THE ENGLISH Tourism Council has added two new categories to its Excellence in England Awards 2002.
The ceremony, which takes place on April 23, will see awards given for the best short break destination and the most improved resort, bringing the total number of categories to 13.
The aim of the awards is to raise standards and improve the quality of tourism facilities in England.
