New kid on the block grabs Young recruit

NEW dynamic packaging company Holiday Brokers has announced the appointment of Cosmos sales director Brian Young to run its sales team.

Although Young is not expected to join until October, he may start his new role earlier depending on negotiations between the company and Cosmos.

Young has been in his sales director position at Cosmos for a year but previously spent three years managing overseas operations for the company.

Cosmos managing director Terry Williamson said Young had done a “great job” for the company.

No replacement had been found yet but an announcement was likely to be made “shortly”, he added.

Meanwhile, Holiday Brokers founder Steve Endacott said Young would play a pivotal role in the running of the company, using his overseas contacts and experience, as well as overseeing a dedicated trade sales team.
