Escorted tours operator Newmarket Holidays has added three new upmarket small-group tours to its Premier Collection, featuring Italy, southeast Asia and India.
The operator said Italy has shown strong growth over recent years, and the Positano, Ischia & the Amalfi Coast eight-day tour introduces a Premier option in an “established and trusted” destination.
It costs from £2,285 and departs from seven UK airports.

The Malaysia, Singapore & Desaru Beach Escape tour is part of a push to expand the Premier Collection further into Asia, and capitalises on Singapore’s continued popularity.
Built around a stay at the five-star Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas, which is exclusive to Newmarket in the UK, it costs from £4,976 for 13 days.
Rajasthan – Forts & Maharajas – Premier Collection replaces the existing Palaces & Forts tour, moving an established, popular itinerary to Premier-grade hotels. It still features Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Udaipur and costs from £2,978 for 16 days.
Hayley Morris, head of trade sales and partnerships at Newmarket Holidays, said: “These three launches show where our Premier Collection is heading, and there is a different conversation for travel agents to have with each one.
“Amalfi builds on years of strong Italian sales and the success of our Capri tour, so it’s an easy sell to anyone who already knows that market.
“Malaysia, Singapore & Desaru gives agents something genuinely different: a beach hotel none of our competitors currently offer, alongside two major cities.
“Rajasthan is a straightforward upgrade for anyone who has already sold Palaces & Forts, now on better hotels and with a leopard safari added.
“All three keep to what our Premier Collection does best: small groups, four- and five-star hotels, and a proper step up for customers ready to spend a little more.”
