Newmarket Holidays chief executive Niel Alobaidi will address the Abta Travel Convention with a second AI case study.
He will discuss the groundwork that has been done to map the company’s shape, processes and data in “forensic detail”.
This has enabled the operator to structure that information so AI can genuinely use it for third party integrations, in-house builds and scalable efficiency gains.
Alobaidi will disclose what that groundwork revealed, and why it changed the company’s approach to AI implementation.
His presentation will run alongside easyJet holidays chief operating officer Matt Callaghan addressing the impact of AI in one of three AI case studies at the convention in Madeira on October 12-14.
Meanwhile, convention sponsor easyJet holidays is to host 12 travel agents at the event.
Head of trade distribution Natasha Marson said: "The convention provides a valuable opportunity for agents to gain industry insights, build connections and hear directly from travel leaders, while giving us the chance to spend quality time with our partners, share our ambitions for the future and explore how we can continue growing together.
“Our investment in the trade remains as important as ever, and we’re delighted to support agents in developing their expertise and delivering brilliant holiday experiences for customers."
