Not In The Guidebooks launches instant booking for Lapland stays

Not In The Guidebooks has launched instant bookability for its Lapland portfolio, giving agents real-time availability, live pricing and instant confirmation on a selected range of premium winter stays.

Most Lapland land-only packages can now be confirmed instantly, while flight-inclusive trips remain on request.

The B Corp-certified tour operator said the move is in response to feedback from its agent partners and follows significant investment in NITGB’s technology infrastructure.

To celebrate the launch, the first five agents to make a booking using the new instant bookability function will receive a £50 voucher.

The feature is now live, covering travel from late November to the end of March, with a focus on Aurora cabins, glass suites and unique accommodation rather than entry-level options.

Sales director Debbie Sowden said: “Our investment in the trade remains a priority.

“Introducing instant availability and live pricing makes it easier for agents to turn enquiries into bookings and removes the barriers that typically slow down winter conversions.”

Three‑night packages to Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland start from £1,694 per person, based on two people sharing a Panorama Hut on March 24, 2027.
