Not Just Travel hosts Millionaires Retreat in Turkey

Not Just Travel co-founder Steve Witt has hosted a four-night Millionaires Retreat for a group of agents in Turkey.

The event was one of the largest the network has organised and took place at the Tui Blue Grand Azur in Marmaris between April 13 and 17.

The retreat is one of several due to take place this year and designed for consultants in “the earlier stages” of their business who are “ready to scale their income”.

Throughout the trip, agents had the chance to attend business development sessions and experience the resort.

It took place after the homeworking group claimed a 40% increase in new joiners and enquiries in March against the monthly average.

Witt said: “I am personally on this trip because I believe that is what our consultants deserve.

“If fellow co-founder Paul Harrison and I are asking them to invest in their businesses and their mindset, we will continue to be present and invest our time alongside them.

“We believe in a true partnership with our consultants and we like to work alongside them; this is really important to us.”

He added: “We have grown rapidly in 2026 and events like this are part of how we make sure that growth converts into real earnings for every consultant in our network.”

Witt stressed the value of a skilled travel consultant has “never been more obvious”, adding that consumers were looking for reassurance and expertise in “a complex and sometimes unpredictable world”.

“This retreat is about making sure our consultants understand that position and know how to capitalise on it commercially,” he added.
