Not Just Travel’s Partners in Travel initiative generated £16,360 in charitable commission in 2025, with agents using the scheme to build their businesses while supporting good causes.
The homeworking agency’s programme allows agents to partner with charities, businesses and associations which refer customers for holiday bookings, sharing a percentage of commission when bookings are made.
The company said the scheme has delivered “notable” results, including one booking worth £53,000 secured through a partner referral, while another consultant has raised more than £12,000 for charity.
Hannah Hamilton joined Not Just Travel in September 2024 and has based her business model around charitable giving, following her father’s death from a brain tumour.
She plans to fundraise for 14 different charities in 2026, targeting £20,000.
Working full-time in property management, Hamilton hit her sales targets in just 11 months, earning back her entire £14,995 franchise fee from Not Just Travel.
Hamilton said: “Anyone can say they donate to charity, which is great. But when you’re officially doing it and literally every single booking that I make touches a charity, there’s something a little bit special about that.”
The Partners in Travel programme enables consultants to support local businesses and give back to communities while gaining new customers, without spending on advertising.
Not Just Travel co-founder Steve Witt said: “Our unique Partners In Travel scheme empowers our travel consultants to play an active role in their local communities as well as build successful businesses by creating a new network of loyal customers through charitable partnerships.
“We genuinely believe that supporting charities is vital and that going on holiday is the most fun way to fundraise.”
