Not Just Travel has recorded its best month for recruitment in more than two years, with July’s new joiner tally the highest since June 2024.
The homeworking group said the number of agents who joined last month was more than double the average monthly total across the first six months of the year, a period that was already strong.
The company attributed the surge to the level of consumer demand for travel, a growing desire among people to “take control of their own working lives” and new franchise packages including the “Lite” option.
Not Just Travel co-founder Paul Harrison said: “We’ve had a genuinely exceptional July. New consultants are joining in far greater numbers than we’ve seen since June 2024, and our new franchise packages have clearly played a part in that.”
The Lite package, introduced earlier this year, offers a lower-cost entry into the business. It is aimed at people who want to build their sales part-time and gradually.
