Not Just Travel’s internal training division is to be led by Stephen Rowan.
He takes up the newly-created role as head of university at the homeworking group.
Rowan brings more than 20 years’ experience in sales leadership and performance transformation across a range of industries including tech start-ups to and global multinationals.
He is also the author of ‘Sales Made Personal’, a bestselling book that explores the psychology of sales and communication.
Rowan joins NJT from Dragon Sales Solutions, where he was the architect behind a sales education platform.
His remit is to enhance the learning journey for consultants and help them scale successful travel businesses.
Rowan said: “This role is about helping travel consultants take their businesses to the next level. It’s the perfect convergence of everything I’m passionate about.
“I’m excited to join a company with such a strong culture and values.
“My goal is to build on the foundations already in place - strengthening the training ecosystem, encouraging knowledge sharing across the network, and helping every travel consultant reach the next level of performance.”
