OPODO, the on-line joint venture between Aer Lingus, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, KLM and Lufthansa will be officially launched in the UK this morning.

The website will sell flights from 480 airlines, accommodation in 54,000 hotels and car hire from 23,500 locations.

Opodo was launched in Germany late last year and will be rolled out across major European markets over the next 12 months.
