OFT takes its fight to court

So the Office of Fair Trading has decided to take its fight against cancellation charges to the courts and has given tour operators 14 days to comply with a request for financial data.
The big four have agreed to co-operate – well up to a point. They don't want to release certain information because they say it's commercially sensitive.
But the OFT is unlikely to take no for an answer.
