Oxygen cylinder confirmed as reason for Qantas aircraft explosion

, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau has confirmed.

The Qantas flight QF30 made an emergency descent of around 20,000 ft after a hole was torn in the cargo door, causing a sudden loss of cabin pressure.

The aircraft was flying from London to Melbourne and no-one was injured.
