P&O Cruises confirms family ship takeover day for agents  

A P&O Cruises family ship takeover for travel agents and their partners is to take place in September.

The line is making Iona available for up to 400 guests in Southampton on September 13, following a similar event on sister ship Arvia last year.

The event offers the chance to discover more than 30 venues and take part in a variety of family-focused activities throughout the ship.

Guests will be invited to spend the day exploring Iona’s family-friendly spaces, from swimming pools to entertainment venues, while also having lunch. 

Agents can register and find more information via the Shine Rewards Club. Registration opens today (Wednesday) and closes on August 3, with confirmation of attendance to be sent by August 8.

P&O Cruises sales director Ruth Venn said: “Following the success of the 2024 event onboard Arvia, we’re pleased to expand this year’s family day takeover.
