P&O Princess Cruises floated in New York and London

P&O PRINCESS Cruises plc has floated on both the London and New York stock exchanges.

The flotation follows the demerger of the company from the P&O Group. The company is listed under the trading symbol POC in both locations.

P&O Princess Cruises has also announced that it is to form a marketing alliance with America Online, the Internet service provider. The alliance will see the two companies developing programmes to promote P&O Princess Cruises both on-line and off line.
