preussag acquires stake in Neos

THOMSON parent company Preussag has increased its interests in Italy with the acquisition of a 50% stake in Italian charter carrier Neos.

The acquisition follows Preussag’s purchase of a 10% stake in Italian tour operator Alpitour.

Neos, which began services earlier this month, will fly to Kos, Menorca, Ibizia and Sharm-el Sheik.

The carrier will joins Preussag’s other aviation interests and become a part of TUI Airline Management.
