PSA sees UK interest in cruises rise

The number of UK holidaymakers taking a cruise rose by 21.7% to nearly 635,000 last year, according to the Passenger Shipping Association. Director Bill Gibbons attributed the growth to the expansion of tour operators' cruising product, and the successful performance of US companies like Carnival Cruise Lines and Royal Caribbean International.
