Mystery Shopper called on agents in Richmond and Kingston this week to ask for advice on a weekend to Bruges. The trip was to be during October half-term but only two of theconsultants picked up on this. The winner was the Worldchoice Expertravel agency where theconsultant offeredexcellent service.

Each week, Mystery Shopper will be calling on agents in different areas. Stars are awarded to agents that score for:
* Agency appearance
* Product knowledge
* Staff attitude
* Brochure racking
* Sales technique
The top-scoring agency each week receivesa Travel Weekly certificate of commendation.
